A magistrates’ court in Kano State has remanded a 36-year-old man, Ahmad Musa, for defiling his seven-year-old niece. A First Information Report (FIR) from one Yakubu Lawan of Ayagi Quarters in Dala LGA, filed at Dala police station alleged that on March 17, 2022, Ahmad Musa of Kofar Ruwa Quarters lured his niece (name withheld) into a security room at the same address and had canal knowledge of her. Musa who appeared in court April 4, pleaded not guilty to the charge filed against him.
