Former Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission, Attahiru Jega has said that governments at all levels have abandoned governance. Speaking at the National Convention of the People Redemption Party held in Abuja on Saturday April 2, the former INEC Chairman stated that no country can develop without good governance.
